If you do not agree, you may not use the services.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <p style=\"font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 20px;\">\r\n            <strong>Scope of Services.<\/strong> Laundry Day provides wash, dry, and fold services using standard commercial laundering practices. Services are performed according to the service option or subscription plan selected by the customer.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <p style=\"font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 20px;\">\r\n            <strong>Pickup & Delivery.<\/strong> Customers must provide accurate pickup and delivery information and ensure laundry is placed in a secure and accessible location at the scheduled time. All pickup and delivery windows are estimates and may be impacted by traffic, weather conditions, building access limitations, or other circumstances beyond our control.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <p style=\"font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 20px;\">\r\n            <strong>Customer Obligations.<\/strong> Customers are responsible for securing items in appropriate bags and identifying any garments requiring special handling.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <p style=\"font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 20px;\">\r\n            <strong>Condition of Items.<\/strong> Customers acknowledge that laundering may result in normal wear and tear, including shrinkage, color transfer, fabric weakening, or damage due to manufacturer defects or inaccurate care labels.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <p style=\"font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 20px;\">\r\n            <strong>Refusal of Items.<\/strong> Laundry Day reserves the right to refuse items that are hazardous, excessively soiled, infested, or unsafe to process.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <p style=\"font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 20px;\">\r\n            <strong>Payments & Fees.<\/strong> Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed. Missed pickups, late cancellations, or inaccessible laundry may result in additional fees.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <p style=\"font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 20px;\">\r\n            <strong>Subscription Services.<\/strong> Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with plan terms. Plans are non-transferable. Excessive or abusive use may result in plan modification, suspension, or termination.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <p style=\"font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 20px;\">\r\n            <strong>Limitation of Liability.<\/strong> To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laundry Day\u2019s liability for any claim shall not exceed the lesser of the fair market value of the item or the cost of the service provided.
