Simply schedule a pickup through our website or app, select your preferred time slot, and our professional team will arrive at your doorstep. We'll collect your items, clean them with care, and deliver them back within standard turnaround times.

What is your service area for pickup and delivery?

We currently service all areas within a 15-mile radius of our facility. Enter your zip code on our booking page to confirm availability in your area. We're constantly expanding to serve more communities.

What are your pickup and delivery hours?

Pickup and delivery services are available daily from 10 AM to 8 PM. You can choose a time window that best fits your schedule when booking.

How do you ensure the safety of my garments?

We ask that delicate items should be bagged separately from regular laundry. Every item is handled with care, cleaned thoughtfully, and returned fresh, protected, and ready to wear.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card information is entered when you sign up. Payment is processed securely after your items are cleaned and before delivery. Major credit cards and digital payment methods are accepted via our secure booking platform.

What if I'm not satisfied with the service?

If you have any concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to find a reasonable solution and make things right.
