Complex / Custom Spools

Custom spool fabrication for tight geometries, unique tie-ins, and project-specific routing that standard catalog pipe cannot cover.

Protection Systems

Lining, Coating & Corrosion Protection

Surface preparation through multi-layer finishes — specified to AWWA, SSPC, and ASTM standards for long-term service life.

01

Surface Preparation

Abrasive blasting, hand/power tool cleaning, solvent cleaning, and related methods in accordance with the required SSPC standards.

02

Cement Mortar Lining & Coating (CML/CMC)

Applied as per AWWA C205 for long-life internal and external protection on water and wastewater systems.

CML fittings = 12" or greater CML pipe = 12" OD or greater at 6' length
03

Polyurethane Coatings

Applied as per AWWA C222 for high-build corrosion protection in demanding buried and exposed service.

04

Liquid Epoxy Coatings

Applied as per AWWA C210, including interior lining for potable and process piping.

ID liquid epoxy = 3" or greater at 20' length ID high-build solid epoxy = 24" or greater at 20' length
05

Hot Dip Galvanizing

Zinc metallurgical coating for structural steel, fittings, and fabricated assemblies requiring durable outdoor protection.

06

Pickling & Passivation

Stainless steel treatment in accordance with ASTM A380 and/or ASTM A967 to restore corrosion resistance after fabrication.

07

Multi-Layered Coating Systems

Specified multi-coat systems combining primers, intermediates, and finish coats for project-specific environments.
