Sonia Henry is an inspirational speaker, associate pastor, and the visionary founder of More to Pour Women's Ministry. A Carleton University graduate, her calling began with a seed planted during a divine encounter at age five, later solidified by a profound prophetic vision of a dove descending with a scroll commanding: "Teach them what I have taught you." For over forty years, Sonia has pastored, planted churches, and mentored young adults in the Ottawa region alongside her husband, Reverend Elvis Henry. Having overcome trials including raising a son with auditory processing disorder she writes to encourage women that their race is far from finished.

The Journey So Far
What began as a simple desire to serve God grew into a lifelong calling. Over the years, Sonia has served in pastoral leadership, women's ministry, mentorship, and speaking engagements throughout Canada and beyond.
